1.Pricing

We offer all our customers and clients the same price,know as list price.Customer only can benefit from our discount after doing year business. 

2.Minimun Order

The MOQ is shown on our quotation individually.

Our Minimum Order Amount(MOA) is set to 10,000 USD. Orders below MOA however are also possible, but will result in additional charges.

3.Order Confirmation

It is strictly necessary to confirm your order as shown in our Pro Invoice.All details in this PI should be checked carefully and corrected or confirmed by your signature.Any changes in details later can only be accepted if production of items did not start at that time.

An order is finally accepted after we received you signature and repuested down payment.

 4 Payment:Terms

30%down payment 

70% balance before goods are shipped out

100% in advance by T/T or cash if order amount is below MOA. 

5.Delivery

For delivery time please always contact our sales to confirm delivery schedule. Our PI will also show approximately delivery frame.

6.Shipping

We will ship out all goods immediately after we received full payment. Partial shipment is possible on agreement.

All goods will be shipped by cargo or sea freight according to customer request . We should receive your shipping details in advance as well as you favourite shipping method.

7.Samples

We are happy to offer samples to our customers. Maximun quantity is in general 5 pieces. Large quantity needs our acceptance.

sample less than 5pcs we can give as free charge,. In case moulding is necessary the full mould charge has to be taken over by customer.

Mould charge and extra charge can be reimbursed after a quantity order is placed on these samples and is reaching MOQ or MOA.

Customer request to pay freight charge by courier service.

Long time and frequently ordering customers can benefit from special sample handling. Please contact our sales department

8.Custom Made Design

EAST FAR will be more than happy to receive your special design. However MOQ has to be followed Strictly.

Depending on complexity and price MOQ can be increased. MOQ for these designs will be shown on quotation. Moulding will also be charged.(see under “samples”)
